How It Works?

Our sandblasting machines use compressed air as the power source. Depending on your specific application, we offer three working principles: Press-In Dry Sandblasting Machine (Recommended for Heavy Duty) Compressed air drives the system, and the working pressure established in the pressure tank pushes the abrasive material into the sanding pipe through the sanding valve. The abrasive is then injected through the nozzle onto the processed surface. In this model, compressed air serves both as the power for supplying blasting sand and as the acceleration power for the jet. This is the most efficient method for large-area rust removal and coating preparation.
 Suction-Type Sandblaster (For Light to Medium Work) The operation principle is very similar to the press-in type, but with one key difference. The surface machining purpose is mainly achieved by the negative pressure created by the high-speed motion of the airflow in the spray gun. This type is ideal for smaller jobs, delicate surfaces, and touch-up work.
 Centrifugal Type (For Automated Production Lines) Suitable for batch processing in manufacturing environments where consistent, automated surface treatment is required.
 For most industrial applications including shipbuilding, bridge construction, and heavy machinery maintenance, we recommend the Press-In type for its superior power and efficiency.
