   Tungsten carbide compositing welding rods for drilling mill    

Tungsten copper welding rod is also calld YD welding rods, composite rods, which is composed of matrix alloy and cemneted carbide grits. Surface is coated with a special flux and colored to identify the particle size and grade.

Composition of Copper brazing tungsten carbide welding rods:

For cutting purpose: 40%Copper, 60% Tungsten carbide grits
For wear purpose: 30%Copper, 70% Tungsten carbide grits

Hardness: >160 HB 

TRS: >690MPa

Working condition Copper brazing tungsten carbide welding rods: 

1. Working temperature: 1100~ 1300 °c

2. Welding method: oxygen welding, gas welding
